About Kelly

A listener. A guide.
An activator.

Kelly brings grounded presence to people and groups—but she also knows when to teach, invite movement, build energy, ask for participation, and help someone practice their way into confidence.

Meet Kelly Norman

Presence and participation belong together.

Kelly is a mother of six, certified doula, Lamaze childbirth educator, energy-work practitioner, and lifelong learner whose work is rooted in both steadiness and activation.

Her background spans coherence healing, Cristic and Krystal Reiki, fascia and energy-point mentorship, childbirth support, wellness education, yoga-informed movement, ecstatic dance experiences, and years of lived experience caring for and teaching her family.

Earlier work as a chiropractic assistant and lifestyle educator helped shape the whole-person perspective she carries today. Across every discipline, her approach stays relational and practical: listen closely, respect the body’s signals, offer meaningful tools, and help people access and activate their own strength rather than replacing it.

“My role is not to hand someone strength. It is to help them hear it, engage it, and practice trusting it.”

Rooted in lived experience

Care can be calm, playful, demanding, and alive.

Years of caregiving, teaching, learning, and growing alongside her family have given Kelly a practical understanding of what support requires: patience when someone needs time, clarity when they need information, and energy when the moment asks them to step in.
